Jaime Wood.jpg
Jaime Wood/Keynote Speaker

My name is Jamie. I'm a Bible teacher, speaker, author, and the only woman in a house full of boys!

I grew up in a pastor’s home where I saw the ins and out of ministry my entire life. For many years I was bound by fear and people pleasing as I struggled to find authenticity in my relationship with God- -until His Word set me free!

During the past two decades, I have served in several internationally known ministries. My full-time ministry started at AnGeL Ministries with Anne Graham Lotz. From 2013 through January of 2020, I served in the Woman's Ministry Department at Shadow Mountain Community Church with Dr. David Jeremiah. Most recently, in April of 2020, God led to me establish a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry, called Discovering Truth Ministries, focused on the expository teaching of the Word of God.

Alexis Joy Jones is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ who longs to live a life that brings Him honor and glory. Raised in a Christian home, she received the gift of faith early on, but it was in seventh grade, after her best friend was diagnosed with brain cancer, that she fully surrendered her life to Jesus and began pursuing a personal relationship with Him.

Throughout high school, Alexis was active in Young Life and served at camps, where she encountered the joy of a life led by the Holy Spirit. Like many, she wrestled with distractions and experienced seasons of lukewarm faith, but the steadfast love of God pursued her through it all. At Passion Conference 2023, the Lord broke the chains of divided devotion and reignited her heart with holy fire.

In 2022, sensing the Lord’s call, Alexis moved from Colorado Springs, CO, to Wilmington, NC. Today, she and her husband, William, serve on staff at Port City Community Church and continue to be in awe of all God is doing through His Church, both locally and globally.

Alexis’s passion is to encourage believers to move from lukewarm love into wholehearted, burning devotion to Jesus. She longs to see others burn again with love for Him, because she knows firsthand the transformation it brings. She and William share a hope to see the Bride of Christ united in love for Jesus. He is worthy of a love that burns, and Alexis prays her life will help fan the flame.

Karen Tierney_edited.jpg
Karen Tierney/Breakout Speaker

Karen Tierney was born in Santa Fe, Argentina. She moved to the United States at the age of 7 where she had to learn a new language and adjust to a new culture. Karen walked away from the Lord in her college years and came running back to him when her life fell apart. Her personal testimony is one of grace and redemption. Karen does not consider herself an expert bible teacher, but rather someone who deeply loves Jesus and has learned to turn to the Word for every need. Karen has a passion for God's Word and wants to ignite that same passion in others. Karen currently serves at the Generations Church Celebrate Recovery meetings, singing on the worship team, teaching lessons and watching the babies in the nursery; she works full-time for Corning Incorporated as a training manager, but longs for the day when she can devote her days to full-time ministry.

Kayleigh Oser_edited.jpg
Kayleigh Oser/Breakout Speaker

Kayleigh Oser was raised in a third-generation pastor’s home, where ministry and mission were a way of life. As a child, she traveled extensively with her father as he led revivals across the country, and in her teenager years parents began pastoring a local church in Orlando, Florida. These experiences gave Kayleigh the opportunity to serve in nearly every area of the local church, shaping her deep love for ministry and people. But also revealing the hard and sometimes brutal parts of leadership and ministry. As pastors daughter and now pastors wife there have been many seasons of ministry and they have involved wearing many different hats, from worship leader to volunteer coordinator to consultant to podcast host and seasons with no to title other than the most important- daughter of God, wife and mom.

Today, Kayleigh has been married to her best friend for almost 15 years. Together they are raising four incredible children—born within less than five years of each other. Though the journey of parenting four little ones so close in age has been far from easy, Kayleigh and her husband consider it their greatest joy and most meaningful ministry.

In 2021, their family moved to North Carolina, where they have the privilege of leading the Leland campus of Lifepoint Church. In addition to her work in ministry, Kayleigh also serves on staff at Southeastern Christian Academy, where all four of her children attend.

After years of unresolved health issues, Kayleigh was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease—an experience that has deepened her dependence on God and fueled her passion to encourage others through every season of life. She shares what God is teaching her through speaking at events, leading church services, and hosting a podcast. Kayleigh believes wholeheartedly that words are a gift—and when used as God intended, they can bring life to others

Ingrid Dally/Breakout Speaker

Ingrid grew up in South Africa and moved to America after marrying her husband, Kelvin. They lived in Connecticut for many years before deciding to retire in beautiful North Carolina.

From a young age, Ingrid has always loved children. After giving her life to Christ at 14 during a church camp, she felt called to study teaching and work with children and young people. Seeing the light go on in a young person’s eyes when they suddenly grasp a concept or master a new skill brings her a lot of joy. It was a natural progression to study further, and she was ultimately called to become a school psychologist and to work with God’s most vulnerable children.

Ingrid lives in Southport and is an avid artist and writer. She enjoys long walks on the beach, golf, and yoga.

Together with Kelvin, Ingrid loves exploring new places and especially going on safari in their beloved South Africa. She has a heart for protecting God’s creatures and is the person you will see stopping traffic to let ducklings cross the road!

Ingrid relies heavily on God’s promises. Her favorite is “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” (James 4:8)
