  • What is the conference date and location?
    The conference will take place on Friday,March 7-9, 2025 at Fort Caswell, Caswell Beach, North Carolina. Please refer to the "Event Schedule" tab for more detailed information.
  • How can I register for the conference?
    Register under Events and follow the instructions provided. Registration deadline for overnight accommodations is February 14, 2025. 3-Day passes will be available up until February 14, 2025 or as space is available.
  • What does the conference registration fee include?
    The registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, workshops, networking events, conference materials, and meals. Please check the ticketing details for specific inclusions.
  • Are the onsite accommodations limited in availability?
    Yes, onsite accommodations may have limited availability, and they are often booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to secure a lodging option.
  • Are single rooms available or are all rooms double occupancy?
    All rooms assume double occupancy. Single rooms are available for additional fee.
  • What amenities are included in onsite accommodations?
    Amenities provided are bedding and towels. Please bring toiletries and a hairdryer if needed.
  • Can I request specific roommates for shared onsite accommodations?
    Yes, you may have the option to request a specific roommate during the registration process. Make sure to include the guest's name while registering.
  • What should I do if onsite accommodations are fully booked?
    If the onsite accommodations are fully booked or not available, consider looking for nearby offsite lodging options. There are hotels and accommodations in the vicinity of the event venue.
  • Can I bring my own food to the conference venue?
    While outside food and beverages are generally not allowed inside the conference venue, exceptions can be made for specific medical or dietary needs. Please contact us at flourishministry4women@gmail.com in advance if you have special requirements.
  • Are there designated dining areas within the conference venue?
    Yes, there will be a designated dining area within the conference venue where you can enjoy your meals and network with fellow attendees.
  • Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the conference?
    Due to limited availability and strong demand for this event, we are not able to offer refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another person
  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
    Yes, registration transfers are allowed. To transfer your registration to another person, please submit a written request to flourishministry4women@gmail.com.
  • What happens if the conference is canceled?
    In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control, registrants will be notified and provided a refund.
  • What is the distance between Wilmington International Airport (ILM), Wilmington, NC and Fort Caswell Retreat & Conference Center, Oak Island, NC?
    The travel time from ILM to Fort Caswell Retreat & Conference Center is approximately 1 hour.
  • Are there ride-share options available from the Wilmington International Airport?
